Sometimes you look up and you’re not sure what you saw, you take another look and you still don’t understand. You read it once, a second time, a third time… and then you start laughing, because things become clear.
So in this case, in a Romanian city, a truck from the sewage system, a drainage company, a vehicle that cleans canals passed by.
And just a little light pole obscured one letter, enough to change the meaning.
